Next Generation Sequencing:

AllType™ NGS

High resolution genotyping of Class I and Class II loci in a single multiplex reaction.


Uses NGS technology to deterimine genotyping of Class I and Class II alleles.

Real-Time PCR Typing:


LinkSēq products offer rapid, RT-PCR based typing for all 11 loci.

Reverse Sequence-Specific Oligonucleotide Typing: 


Using Luminex xMAP technology and rSSO technology, high throughput DNA typing is achieved.


Sequence-Specific Primer Typing:

Micro SSP™

Amplify genomic DNA using SSP to determine HLA Class I and Class II alleles.

AllSet+™ Gold SSP

Uses SSP method of genomic DNA amplification to determine HLA Class I and Class II alleles.


Sequence-Based Typing:


High Resolution typing of HLA alelles using SBT technique.


Combines one-step Sanger sequencing with phasing probe hybridization techniques to produce high resolution genotyping. 


Non-HLA Genotyping:


Cytokine, HNA, and KIR genotyping assays.
