Unlike standard density gradients, Lympho-Kwik utilizes a combination of monoclonal antibodies, complement, and a stable density gradient to isolate the desired lymphocyte population. The procedure provides high purity and viability, saving valuable time in the process. Three versions of Lympho-Kwik are available:
