Bulk primer sets use SSP technology to type for Minor Histocompatibility Antigens (mHag) or B27 alleles.
This primer set is used for research of Acute Graft Versus Host Disease. Acute Graft Versus Host Disease (GvHD) occurs regularly following Bone Marrow transplantation and its occurrence has been linked to the mismatching of Minor Histocompatibility Antigens (mHAG), namely the two alleles of the HA-1 Locus. One Lambda’s mHAG primers can distinguish between the two HA-1 alleles and can be used to research the relationship between HA-1 matching and GvHD.
These primer sets allow customers to configure their own typing tests and to use only the primers they need to type for B27 alleles.
